The Grange team share a common love of food and wine, entertaining and travelling. The Grange team comprises of up to 20 employees at any one time and are supported by an extensive sales, marketing and management structure. Hilton employees enjoy the opportunity to work in all facets of the hotel, including our Brasserie Restaurant led by celebrity chef Simon Bryant (Co-host of the ABC’s ‘Cook and the Chef’ with Maggie Beer), café, lobby lounge, Level 1 functions, and other areas of hotel administration and management. This variety of opportunities helps employees realise their potential and gain invaluable experience and growth in all areas of this diverse industry.
