Truffle Dinner is an opportunity to celebrate the 'Black Gold of the Earth' through the extraordinary talent of Master Chef Cheong Liew

5 course menu including 5 matched wines - $299 per person



The Maestro Vegetarian - November 13

The newest Grange event showcases Vegetarian food with a distinct fine dining difference. Each course so intricate and delicate, tasty and satisfying.. this dinner will be anything but mundane in flavour or style.

Jai Leighton, at only 21 has been awarded the title of 2007 Lexus Young Waiter of  the Year.

Jai was quoted as saying, by the time he is 35, he ‘hopes to have acquired an extensive knowledge of food and wine and travelled the world”.  This award will know doubt have him well on his way.
