Restaurant Manager, Jai Leighton
Winner, 2007 Lexus Young Waiter of the Year
Jai Leighton, at only 21 has been awarded the title of 2007 Lexus Young Waiter of the Year.
Jai was quoted as saying, by the time he is 35, he ‘hopes to have acquired an extensive knowledge of food and wine and travelled the world”. This award will know doubt have him well on his way.
