The Grange Restaurant is a fine dining experience like no other.  Tucked away off the main lobby in Adelaide's stylish 5 star hotel, Hilton Adelaide.  The Grange is a must do for anyone looking for a truly special evening of food and wine.

Diners are first seated in the Grange lounge to enjoy an aperitif, prior to being seated for their meal, where the journey truly begins.

The Grange offers a sublime 8-course degustation menu, derived from Cheong Liew's lifetime of experiences, influences and world travels. Every dish has a story, which our highly trained waiters will be anxious to share.

An extra special night to dine in the Grange as Cheong takes great delight in preparing such a special meal for you, an eight-course degustation.

The menu has a very simple description of the meals as the element of surprise can never be underestimated. When presented with the dish, your waiter will then explain the details in order to provide you with the full experience. 

As dining in the Grange is all about the complete experience, we love to make it as relaxing as possible for you. The only decision you may have to make is which wine to accompany the meal. We do provide a list of our favorite matches just in case. It's then time for you to sit back, relax and let us entertain you.

The Grange Kitchen Table offers an exclusive experience with all the fine dining trimmings.

Seated in the Grange Kitchen with Cheong Liew, guests can watch the theatrics of Cheong and his skilled team in action as they work in their French brigade style kitchen, preparing your meal and servicing diners in the restaurant. 

You and your guests will have the opportunity to discuss details of each course with the chef preparing your meal and hear insightful information about the menu inspiration from Cheong and his team.

The Kitchen Table is available Wednesday to Friday, subject to availability and can seat 4 to 8 people and includes an eight course degustation menu with matching wines.

8 Course Experience - $219 per person (minimum 4 people) optional wine match at an additional $89 per person.
Full payment is required before the evening. A full refund is available for cancellations with minimum 48hrs notice.

The Grange Restaurant is named after the famous Penfolds Grange Wine and proudly showcases the entire collection of the Penfolds Grange Hermitage Wine collection from it's very first vintage in 1951 to the current day.

Safely under lock and key, the public is welcome to view this collection of one of the worlds most celebrated wines.
